Whether you're looking for a quick lunch or a hot daily special , our menu has something for everyone. If you don't find the sandwich you want on our menu, we're happy to create a sandwich, just for you. Choose from classic deli sandwiches to hearty soups and salads. All of our dishes are made, in-house, with the freshest ingredients - Don'tcha Know!?
Our Wisconsin Cheese selection, salamis, landjeagers, jerky, lunch meats and other gourmet foods are as unique as our decor. We pride ourselves in procuring quality foods you can't find at the big chain stores.
In the summer months, enjoy our back patio. The patio is dog friendly, and we love having them! You can also buy fresh produce from Flyt Family farms while you visit. We get all our fresh produce from them while they are parked in our lot during the summer months.

Our Story
Log Cabin Deli is a family owned and operated small business in Mauston, Wisconsin. We love our community and support our schools every chance we can.

Log Cabin Deli is a family owned and operated small business in Mauston, Wisconsin. We love our community and support our schools every chance we can.
Meredith has lived in several states, and brings a little bit of flavor from each of her experiences. Try our seasonal treats and special recipes she picked up along the way. One of our favorites is the Colorado Green Chili Chicken Soup, a family recipe. She also has some recipes from her time in Alaska, Idaho, Hawaii and Louisiana.
Tony grew up in Wisconsin, but was born in Germany. His mom is a German immigrant and his father was born to Swiss immigrants. His dad, nicknamed "Cheesy", actually grew up working in his family's cheese factory during the 1930's and '40s. It's fair to say, Tony knows his cheese and sausage - it's in his blood.
When our boys aren't busy with sports, friends and school, they like to help out at the Deli. We want to teach them a strong work ethic as well as showing them that work can be fun.
Meredith's mom, Deby, also works at the Deli. She is our charcuterie queen and loves chatting up our guests when she is working at the front register.
Our staff is a group of hardworking rockstars. We are very lucky to have a great crew who enjoy working with food, interacting with our guests and are serious about keeping our kitchen and facilities clean. We value our people and encourage creativity, teamwork and personal growth.
We have a large selection of unique cheeses, deli meats and sausages, sandwiches and daily specials, sweets treats, gourmet foods and Wisco souvenirs and gifts. Our specialty is our custom Charcuterie boards and Meat/Cheese trays.
We are proud to call Wisconsin home, and source all of our cheese from our beautiful state.
